The Global Leadership Program (GLP) aims to introduce Korean high school students to a real-world college experience and is modeled after actual undergraduate courses.
LMU is known for their globalization initiatives and the GLP offers an educational and experiential learning program with instruction in global competencies and leadership, cross-cultural communication, entrepreneurship, marketing, social responsibility, and an exploration of international business markets and career pathways. In addition, the program provides multiple academic field trips into different parts of the city that allow students to further explore potential career paths.
